You need to follow some steps to acquire Driving License in State of Mississippi:

Applying for New Driving License in State of Mississippi: You can apply for full Class R driver’s license as you turn 15 years and six months old. But you should have held your learner’s permit for at least six months. You need to submit application and provide residency proof along with identification proof.
